My company is called WPamplify (http://www.wpamplify.com) and we help small businesses amplify their WordPress websites through SEO, lead gen and support. I started the company under a different name and a slightly different direction back in 2010 (I didn't focus on WordPress) and the business has morphed into WPamplify. I do have a full-time job so this is just a side hustle for me, but it's currently a mid 4-figure per month side business.
I have learned that with a service based business, especially one you're doing on the side, you have to really hustle for new clients and it never stops. Fortunately, I have systems in place now where I can pretty much focus solely on new business and keeping clients happy. My first 3 clients actually came from 3 different strategies: networking, my website and Craigslist. To this day, 4 years later, I still try to diversify my new business efforts.
